- Seller form: name, phone, email, property address, and an optional message.
- What happens to a form message: it is sent straight to Brian so he can follow up. This website does not keep a copy.
- If you call, text, or email Brian: whatever your phone or email app sends him — your number or address, and anything you choose to say. That conversation happens on your phone or in your email, not on this website.
- Basic, non-identifying analytics about how pages are used.
