Under federal law, it is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, or financing of housing based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability. Oregon fair housing law (ORS Chapter 659A) extends these protections further.

We welcome and serve all buyers and sellers equally. If you have questions about fair housing or believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you can contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or the Oregon state civil rights authority.

In Oregon, real estate licensees are required to provide the Oregon Real Estate Agency's "Initial Agency Disclosure Pamphlet" at first contact with a consumer (see OAR 863-015-0215). This pamphlet explains the types of agency relationships available to buyers and sellers.
