Brian is truly the best in the business. My husband and I just purchased our first home with Brian and Dorothy and working with them was the best decision we could have made. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were overwhelmed by the process and had a lot to learn, but Brian has a gift for making this process approachable and enlightening. Brian guided us with confidence but never talked over our heads- he made sure we understood every step of the process and helped us to feel confident in our own decisions. Brian Eustis and his assistant Dorothy Thomas are an incredible team. They helped my wife and I buy our home at the end of 2020 when the market was on a fire and every home was selling over asking price and getting dozens of offers. Not only did Brian meet us for several showings and making several offers before we got our home. He also helped negotiate on our behalf with the sellers throughout the entire process. Also as our closing day neared our mortgage lender really dropped the ball, but Dorothy was able to get them back on track to make sure we closed on time. Brian has a crystal ball and uses it well. When we first spoke with him about selling, he asked when we wanted to move out. We gave him a date, he did some back calculations, snapped his fingers and boom! Everything followed as he predicted, we moved out exactly when we wanted. We got higher than the price we expected and I think that was because of how intelligently he priced our house. He knows the market like the back of his hand and did not try to do anything stupid, just calm, patient, smart, knowing. He left nothing to chance and guided us through the whole process. It was so reassuring to have him through the ordeal of selling. I've never been so comfortable with and appreciative of my agent/realtor/broker.Brian also has a large professional network and connected us with another agent in the town where we were moving. Brian helped my friend sell his house in 2018 and my friend was very satisfied with his support. So, I worked with him to buy my house in 2020 and could purchase a house because of his help.
